Watch for Jim in Kirkwood's Greentree Parade - Kirkwood Historical Society
entry. It will feature three historical books, one of which is
Jim's tale, Glimpses of Meramec Highlands. It is rumored that
Jim and Terry, will be riding in an antique car clothed in 1890's bathing
uniforms such as those worn by the resort's guests.
A YEAR AWAY?
Home and Garden cable channel show, If Walls Could Talk, on June
20, 2006 filmed an episode at the former Meramec Highland's General Store.
Jim and Terry Baker and their dog Murray were supporting characters in the
story of the house and its connection with Pretty Boy Floyd. When further
details about the show time are known, they will be posted. The
producer indicated that shows often take up to a year before they are released.
